Our expert chef Judith Jones shows you how to make a healthy breakfast of Delta 8 oatmeal with flax seed and hemp milk.

Ingredients

∙ 1 cup water

∙ 1 cup oatmeal (quick cook, steel cut, old fashioned)

∙ 1 cup hemp milk (almond, soy, etc)

∙ 1 tbsp flaxseed (whole or ground)

∙ 1 tbsp agave nectar (honey or maple syrup)

∙ 1 tbsp dried cranberries

∙ 1 tbsp almond slivers

∙ 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Equipment

∙ Medium sauce pan

∙ Mixing spoon

∙ Medium serving bowl

Prepare the Oatmeal

  1. Boil water in medium sauce pan.

  2. Add oatmeal and stir. Cooking time for quick-cook oats will be between one and two minutes, but longer for steel cut and old-fashioned, so mind the package instructions.

  3. Add hemp milk and stir.

  4. Add flax seed, agave and stir.

  5. Add dried cranberries, stir.

  6. Add slivered almonds, as well as the cinnamon, saving a bit of both for a garnish.

  7. Stir until it is the preferred consistency and transfer to bowl.

Sprinkle a few almond slivers on top, and it is ready to serve.
