This beautiful Alembic Copper still is from Portugal, and is what we use to distill all of our Lavender to

Essential Oil and hydrosols. The oils from copper stills are superior to oils distilled in stainless equipment, free of 'sulphur notes'

and exceptional. This still uses no gaskets, no pressure, just gentle steam distillation.
